Renovation of 320 Parkerson Avenue in Crowley, Louisiana. 

Proposed is construction of 4 new apartments at the second floor along with renovation of the interior first floor stair for egress from the second floor. The building is certified as a contributing resource within the national register designated historic district of Crowley.  The orginal use of the second floor was an Elks Assembly Hall however prior to 1925 the second floor was used as hotel rooms for the adjourning hotel. The second floor has remained unoccupied since 1965.
