Sans Souci Building
Lafayette, Louisiana
The Lafayette Public Trust Fund Authority has entrusted us with the task of renovating and restoring the iconic Sans Souci building in downtown Lafayette. This historic gem, spanning 1200 square feet, holds the distinction of being Lafayette's oldest commercial building, with its roots dating back to the 1840s. The project was initiated by the small business challenge, led by One Acadiana. We are looking forward to working with the challenge winners, Magnolia Pantry, to bring their vision of the space to life. Our initial design phase focuses on creating outdoor seating that seamlessly integrates the building with the surrounding Parc. This project not only seeks to restore a historic landmark but also to breathe new life into the heart of downtown Lafayette, fostering a vibrant environment for businesses to thrive.
